Ray Wall has established his own consulting practice to undertake work with clients based on his experience and knowledge gained over more than 40 years in the construction world.

Most of his recent assignments are related to construction issues, tender reviews, helping clients derive better outcomes. Working as a consultant, Ray has worked with some of the major Australian construction and engineering companies on the issues of construction methodology, earthworks requirements, design reviews, program review and innovation for a wide variety of projects.

Generally known as one to challenge conventional thinking, Ray has delivered on many innovative ideas to save time and money on projects. He has been involved in numerous design and construct contracts and alliance contracts throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Having joined Leighton Contractors in 1995 he worked his way from an operator up to Construction Manager. Ray worked as a General Superintendent on some of Melbourne’s largest most recognized projects including Southern Cross Station, Federation Square, Eastlink M1 Interchange, Morwell River Diversion and M80 Deer Park Bypass. Ray has worked alongside a group of talented and professional industry Superintendents, Supervisors, operators and foremen of which a few are now working with Sunny Creek Earthmoving. They can be placed to suit your project requirements whether this be long or short term solution. Ray can apply the skills he has learned during his career in assisting parties in Civil Construction Tenders, Tender Submission review, Project establishment services. Ray has Cert IV in Construction Management recently successfully completed his Cert IV in Training & Assessment course and can provide plant assessments and certify plant operators.

His blend of strong technical and industry knowledge is combined with an ability to communicate with people at all levels and gain the trust of people. These attributes and Ray’s ability to quickly get to the heart of an issue are of great value in providing advice to his clients.
