Melbourne Metro Tunnel CYP
Ray Wall was originally employed as the Spoil Logistics Manager for the project, progressing into the Site Manager for Parkville station piling, excavation and temporary strutting steel work for the excavation. SCE also provided supervision for project on an as-needed basis.
Outer Suburban Arterial Roads Upgrade
SCE has provided supervision for day and night shifts on a long-term basis for the Outer Suburban Arterial Roads upgrade for the WBHO consortium
North East Link Project
Ray was engaged by Acciona as a Subject Matter Expert on the construction of the Cut and Cover Tunnels on the North Primary Package and spoil logistics for the project tender.
Craigieburne Sewer Transfer Hub
The project involves the design and construction of a new sewage treatment facility with a hydraulic capacity of 140ML/day. The new treatment facility is designed to integrate with the existing Western Treatment Plant. SCE was awarded the bulk earthworks portion of this project. This included 160,000 bm3 of ripping and rock breaking also disposal of rock. Detailed excavation of inlet and outlet structures, foundation/footings for 50m diameter sewage storage tanks.

Westkon Precast Concrete PTY LTD
Construction of new laydown hardstand areas / New staff Carpark / Foundation Excavation of Stressing Beds. Contract works required to complete all facets of projects as directed by Senior Project Engineer. Hardstand area was 90,000 m2 this included all drainage work which was constructed to take a 900kpa wheel loading.

Mernda Rail Extension
SCE was awarded the contract for the bulk excavation/detailed excavation around bridge abutments along with batters and subgrade around Area 1 of the project site. This also included rock excavation.

MMTS contract scope will comprise:
Excavation of 8.4km of twin running tunnels using “four to six TBMs”600m of twin running alignment between CBD North and CBD South stations using road headers
Excavation of CBD North and CBD South as mined stations construction of three further stations by cut and cover excavation of a 35m deep shaft at CBD South Station
Ray Wall was tender Civil Construction Manager in the preparation of earthworks mass haul and utilization, construction methodology.
Oversee direction of team and preparation Earthworks submission detail. This consortium was in the final 3 chosen to tender on this project.

Supply of Supervisors – Armstrong Road Construction, Wyndham Vale Project
This is a new arterial road connection for Wyndham residents, delivering a straight-through connection between Greens and Blackforest Roads.
SCE has supplied Supervisors for the Construction of the RE Walls and the Wetlands earthworks portions of the Armstrong Road Project.
Location: Armstrong Road between Greens Road and Blackforest Road.

Evolution Rail Consortium Downer EDI and Infrastructure HCMT PPP
Consultant for civil construction component of the PPP to Downer Infrastructure and EDI scope included construction methodology, earthworks, pavements, logistics, Site Establishment, program and IR Evolution Rail was announced as the preferred consortium to deliver this project by Victorian State Government, 12/9/2016.
Acciona-Fletcher Construction-Higgins joint venture PPP Puhoi to Warkworth Motorway New Zealand
Civil Construction Consultant in the preparation of earthworks mass haul and utilization, construction methodology, program review, selection of mobile plant for 8 million BCM of earthworks and pavements for the project tender. Project consortium announced as preferred bidder to deliver PPP in August.
